According to the law, the consumer (individual) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without the need for justification.

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

✅ Software in sealed packaging that has been opened after delivery.
✅ Digital licenses (activation keys) already provided to the customer.
✅ Customized products or made-to-measure according to customer specifications.
✅ Replacement parts sent in sealed packaging, provided that the packaging has been broken.
✅ Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have a short shelf life.

⚠️ Companies (B2B): The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by companies, unless otherwise agreed in a specific commercial agreement.
